The term ‘b clinics’ or ‘us’ or ‘we’ refers to the website owner, b clinics, and entities within the b clinics group. The term ‘you’, or “client’ refers to the user or viewer of our website.

The use of this website is subject to the following terms:

You agree to comply with the terms and conditions by viewing and using this website.

The content of this website’s pages is subject to change without notice and is for your general information only.

You acknowledge that such information and materials may contain inaccuracies or errors, and we expressly exclude liability for any such inaccuracies or errors to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Cancellation Policy:

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we require at least 4 hours’ notice.

Failure to give a notice of less than 4 hours will be recorded in your client file. It will be at your treating practitioner’s discretion, which has been affected by your late notice, if a non-refundable deposit is required for all future appointments. Your practitioner also has the right to refuse future treatments.

 

Late/Failure To Show Policy:

  • If you are running late for your appointment, please notify our staff as soon as possible. We fully understand that sometimes being late is outside of your control.

However, if you are more than 10 minutes late to your appointment, it will be up to the discretion of your treating practitioner whether they can accommodate you on this day. We will endeavour to reschedule your work to a day and time that suits you and the practitioner.

Failure to show up to your appointment may result in a cancellation fee.

Fortunately, we only have a minority of clients who fail to attend appointments without contacting us. To avoid penalising everyone, we will ask clients who fail to attend appointments to pay a deposit for future appointments.

 

Appointment confirmation

You will receive a confirmation email/text message at the time of your booking and a text message reminder two days before your appointment.

If we do not receive a reply from you, our staff will give you a courtesy call to confirm your appointment. If we haven’t heard from you by the close of business the day before your appointment, we reserve the right to cancel your appointment without further notice.

 

Right to refuse policy.

We are a highly trained team of medical professionals. We reserve the right to refuse treatment for any client, at any time, for any reason.

 

b clinic Gift Card

These conditions apply to the b clinic Gift Card (gift card) issued by b clinics (b clinic).

Purchasing or using a b clinic gift card signifies that you accept these conditions. b clinic may, at its complete discretion, refuse to sell gift cards to any person at any time for any reason.

If you let another person use your gift card, you must tell them that these conditions will bind them. The law of Queensland applies to this agreement. By entering into this agreement, you unconditionally submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.

Clients may use a gift card to purchase goods or services at any b clinic. Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash, returned for a refund, have their balances consolidated to a new gift card, or replaced if lost. They are not legal tender, account cards, credit or debit cards, or securities.

Anyone holding the gift card can use its value to make purchases, so your gift card should be kept secure. We may be able to stop a gift card value from being used but take no responsibility and are not liable for any loss suffered by you due to a lost or stolen gift card. If your gift card is lost or stolen, immediately report this to the b clinic location from which it was purchased.

We may replace a faulty, lost or stolen gift card at our discretion. Any replacement gift card will have the same unused value (at the time of replacement). Gift cards will be void if they are defaced, mutilated, altered or tampered with in any way. We may subject gift cards to verification and security checks at our discretion.

We may cancel any gift card or scheme for any reason at any time without notice. If so, we may either provide a refund or a replacement gift card of equivalent value unless we reasonably suspect fraud concerning a gift card.

The gift card remains the property of b clinic.

 

Skin Treatment Packs

The savings specified for each package are calculated on a 15% discount on 3 full-priced treatments.

When clients purchase skin packs, payment must be made in full upfront, and the terms of our refund policy apply.

The package’s total amount is payable before any treatments are commenced. This payment cannot be transferred to other skin or injectable treatments. 

Bookings must be made for treatment.

Appointments cancelled, missed, or changed without 24 hours’ notice will be charged and deducted from the client’s package.

A clinic nurse or dermal therapist will advise clients on the recommended time frames for each treatment within the skin package purchased. However, clients must ensure they book their treatments in advance to make available appointments.

Skin treatments are available only at selected clinics.

All skin packages have a 12-month expiry on the redemption of treatments.

If we believe that additional treatments will achieve the desired result, we will advise them before they purchase the skin packages.

Clients must inform b clinic staff of their skin concerns before commencing all treatments, and a consent form must be signed.

Clients must follow all at-home protocols recommended by the b clinic nurse or skin therapist.

Terms and Conditions for cosmetic injections:

  • Cosmetic injection treatments cannot be pre-paid.
  • Bookings must be made in advance.
  • Cosmetic injection clients must be deemed medically fit and suitable for treatment following a consultation with one of our injectors.
  • Only the 30-minute consultations are complimentary.
  • Price per area is a sufficient product to achieve the medically appropriate result.
  • Free top-up treatment applies to muscle relaxant treatments only and is only available for clients who have received a full-recommended dose of muscle relaxant. Clients must return for their free review appointment within one month of their initial muscle relaxant treatment with their initial treating b clinic practitioner to be deemed eligible to receive free muscle relaxant top-up treatment.
  • For legal reasons, product names cannot be used in advertising. Please get in touch with one of our injectors at our clinics for details.
  • Dermal filler or muscle relaxant packages cannot be split over appointments.
  • Injectable treatments cannot be paid for by previously purchased skin treatment packages.

However, for health and safety reasons, the treating practitioner may refuse this request if it’s in the client’s best interest that the treating pracitioner can carry out treatment without interruption.

Clients may purchase only one skin package at a time.  Payment must be made upfront in total, and the terms of our refund policy apply.

The package’s total amount is payable before any treatments are commenced.

Bookings must be made for treatment.

Appointments cancelled, missed, or changed without 24 hours’ notice will be charged and deducted from the client’s package.

  • Prepaid skin treatment package purchases cannot be exchanged for cosmetic injectable treatments.

    • Special offers on this treatment are only available for single treatments, not packages. Additionally, clients cannot pre-pay for treatments.

 

 

 

IPL Skin Rejuvenation, Resurfx, Photofractional Treatment 

  • Clients may purchase  IPL and Photofractional skin rejuvenation packages at prices set out in the marketing materials.
  • A pack is defined as purchasing 3 IPL, Photofractional or Resurfx skin rejuvenation treatments in advance.
  • These packs, when purchased entitles purchase entitle the client to less than a 15% discount on the total price of 3 individual treatments.
  • No reduction in price is available where areas have been treated.
  • Bookings must be made for all skin rejuvenation treatments.
  • Bookings for these treatments may not be available at all times, on all days, or at all clinic locations.
  • Clients must pre-pay for the  skin rejuvenation packages. Multiple pre-paid discount prices are not available.
  • The package cannot be used between two or more clients. Photo ID may be required as proof of identity.
  • The discounted offered on IPL skin rejuvenation cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers.
  • A free no-obligation medical consultation with a qualified b clinic practitioner must be conducted before treatment.
  • b clinic, medical practitioners and staff reserve the right to determine suitable treatment for the client.

Professional & Medical Grade Skin Peels Terms & Conditions

  • When clients purchase 3 professional or medical-grade skin peels, they are entitled to 15% off the full price.
  • Payment for 3 treatments must be received in full and before any treatment commences.
  • The Peel type cannot be changed unless recommended by a qualified clinic practitioner.
  • The package cannot be used between two or more clients. Photo ID may be required as proof of identity.
  • Clients may purchase a Peel package at the prices set out in the marketing materials.
  • The discount offered on Peel packages cannot be used with any other offers.

  • This treatment includes treatment for the full face only and does not include treatment for the neck or any other body areas.

  • Treatment packages are not able to be split between more than one person.
  • Promotional pricing is not applicable to existing bookings and will only apply to new bookings made and paid during the promotion period.

  • b clinic staff reserves the right to end the sale at any time without prior notification or advertisement.
