We give to you: the eTwo multi-platform system. The eTwo multi-platform system offers two treatments: the Sublative treatment (skin rejuvenation and resurfacing) and the Sublime treatment (skin tightening and contouring). Both of these procedures stimulate a natural response within the deep layers of the skin, and it’s the natural response that these treatments initiate that makes the eTwo system so effective in combatting a range of different skin conditions and imperfections. It’s also this natural response that has made the eTwo multi-platform system so in-demand.
How does Sublative work?
The ergonomic SublativeTM applicator delivers bipolar radiofrequency energy via a matrix of electrodes in the disposable applicator tip.
This fractional delivery of RF energy causes micro- epidermal ablative injuries with wider spread dermal injury. This initiates a strong wound healing response in the dermal matrix while also minimizing the damage to the epidermis. Less affected tissue surrounding the matrix points may be stimulated by heat which helps accelerate the healing process, leading to a smoother, rejuvenated appearance of the skin. Mild to moderate wrinkles and superficial skin discoloration are reduced, and skin texture becomes more smooth and elastic.
Costs for Full Face Sublative Treatment$250
Can all areas be treated?
The Sublative RF applicator comes with multiple tip configurations for various treatment protocols – 64 pin tips for fast full face improved skin tone and texture, as well as the 44 pin tip for smaller areas and focused treatments of under-eye laxity, wrinkles around the mouth and forehead wrinkles.
Who should be treated with Sublative?
Treatment is a proven and effective solution for all skin types.
When can patients expect to see results?
Immediately post treatment, they may notice tone and texture improvements as a result of increased levels of beneficial collagen and new healthy skin cells which are produced. With the treatment’s dermal impact, mild to moderate wrinkles and superficial skin discolorations are reduced.

How is the SublativeTM treatment tolerated by patients?
During treatment, many patients feel a warm, prickly sensation. After treatment a pink or “sunburn” appearance and feeling is common.
Topical anaesthetic and cooling are often used to reduce discomfort during treatment.
How does SublimeTM work?
Sublime uses the proven elo-s combination of predictable and effective levels of infrared light and bipolar radiofrequency energies to provide controlled deep dermal heating which remodels the dermal layer of the skin by stimulating new collagen growth.
This predictable heating of the deep dermis both shrinks aged collagen fibres and stimulates new collagen synthesis, resulting in the immediate and long term improvement of wrinkles and facial contour with a very low risk of side effects and virtually no downtime.
What results can one expect from the Sublime treatment?
Sublime can improve sagginess of the face, neck and skin texture can also be smoothed out by the firming effect of treatment. This treatment is performed non-ablatively, which means this is a non-invasive procedure. Most people leave the treatment office with only slight pinkness or no pinkness at all.
